This is an appeal to everyone who is attending the convention to email your access requirements to the access team as soon as possible.  

Whether you have issues relating to mobility, sight, hearing, allergies, particular dietary requirements, or anything else which could impact on your enjoyment of the weekend, NOW is the time to let us know.  

Lazlar Lyricon 3 is the third (coincidentally) in a series of conventions about The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Douglas Adams, the first having occurred in the 1980s. It will take place on 9-11 June 2017 at the Quality Hotel in Stoke-on-Trent.

Today is officially 1 month since we launched Lazlar Lyricon 3, and it's been a good month.  As well as launching on social media, the convention was listed in the January edition of Ansible and also mentioned on the back cover of the latest edition of Mostly Harmless - if you're a ZZ9 member this should recently have landed in your inbox or on your doormat.

Dateline: The Old Kings Head Pub, London, 21 November 2015. Today, ZZ9 Plural Z Alpha (the Official Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Appreciation Society) Annual General Meeting authorised a committee to run Lazlar Lyricon 3. This is the third (coincidentally) in a series of conventions celebrating The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Douglas Adams, the first having occurred in the 1980s.
